If you have any questions with our policy, email "shado1@ix.netcom.com" and ask your questions
for a prompt reply!!  We will give our best definitions in our policy for terms and agreements.

1) WEBSITE PURCHASES:

- Any product purchased from "www.shado-x.com" are contained within an ALL SALES FINAL policy!!
The descriptions provided for the merchandise are accurate to the best of our ability.  If you
have any questions on the accuracy of quality ratings, time lengths, over-requests, email
"shado1@ix.netcom.com" so we can verify it all for you.

- This does not mean you cannot receive merchandice credit or a free tape is the following
happens:
  a) Incorrect product sale information presented (toy, Laserdisc, CD, DVD or other).
  b) Defective DVD-R.
  c) Incorrect programming presented on DVD-R.

    a) Incorrect product sale information presented (toy, Laserdisc, CD, DVD or other).
        - If you receive any product with from an INCORRECT listing, we will provide you with
          a merchandise credit, replacement or refund.  Postage to ship any product back to
          SHADO CONTROL (aka: shado-x) is not refundable.  Please return the product in the
          exact condition you received it and mail it as soon as possible.  It doesn't matter
          what type of postage service you use (i.e.: MEDIA RATE, US PRIORITY, etc.), so long
          as you have mailed it back.
    b) DEFECTIVE DVD-R:
        - If you encounter a defective DVD-R, we will provide you with a new DVD-R at no charged
          with the exact material you requested, provided you send the DVD-R back to us!!
    c) Incorrect programming presented on DVD-R.
        - If you received missing footage that you requested (i.e.: You want episode #5 and you
          get #6 instead), we will provide you with one (1) SP HIGH SPEED 2 Hour DVD-R with the
          correct footage and allow you to fill up the rest of the tape/DVD-R with WHATEVER you
          want!!

- DELIVERY: 
  a) Toys, Laserdiscs, CDs, DVDs or "other" from the "Product Sales" category.
  b) DVD-Rs (footage)   

     a) Toys, Laserdiscs, CDs, DVDs or "other" from the "Product Sales" category.
        - Shipping commences within 48 hours (on business days) from when payment has been
          received!!  All laserdiscs will be shipped MEDIA RATE with tracking inside the
          USA, and INTERNATIONAL AIR MAIL (aka: First Class International) to CANADA and
          THE REST OF THE WORLD!!  We will email you IMMEDIATELY when your payment arrives!!
          See the "PAYMENT" section below for all GOOGLE CHECKOUT transactions.
     b) DVD-Rs (footage)
        - Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for delivery for any DVD-R as a website purchases.  We try
          dilligently to get items shipped to you way before that and provide a time estimate
          and updates to the best of our ability.  But always allow 2 - 4 weeks!!

- PAYMENT:
   - CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS, CASH and GOOGLE CHECKOUT!!  GOOGLE CHECKOUT accepts MASTERCARD (MC).
     VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS (AMEX) and DISCOVER (DISC)!!  We will email a Google Checkout Invoice
     and inform you specifically how it will be identified.  Please be patient while we implement
     GOOGLE CHECKOUT shopping carts.  Currently, GOOGLE CHECKOUT is the safest way to pay on The
     Internet.

     NOTE: PAYPAL is NEVER accepted due to security reasons (users are trying to hack your passwords
     and its easy polynomial attempts of success)!!  PAYPAL is the most dangerous way to pay on
     The Internet, so we do not even consider using them.  BIDPAY is closed and NOT ACCEPTED!!
                                          
2) AUCTIONS:

- SHADO CONTROL used to run many auctions on FEE-BAY, but not anymore.  If an auction exists on Ebay,
  Amazon, Yahoo or any third party vendor or host site from SHADO CONTROL, all returns run under The
  Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act and there are no exemptions.  If the item is defective, a
  refund can be issued within 30 days, provided that you send the item back to us first!!  This also
  applies to any mis-advertised desciption for that item!!  ***IT IS IN SHADO CONTROL'S BEST INTEREST
  TO PROVIDE THE MOST CONCISE DESCRIPTION OF ANY AND ALL PRODUCTS UP FOR AUCTION***  If you have **ANY**
  questions on an item, we recommend you email "shado1@ix.netcom.com" for a prompt reply!!

  A REFUND (for auction purposes) is defined as the full price bidded on + the postage paid for having
  the item sent to the winner, paid by the winner!!  Postage to have items returned to SHADO CONTROL for
  refunds is not refundable!!

 **NO REFUNDS** and **ALL SALES FINAL** applies for all other issues.

- DELIVERY:  Auctions' delivery terms are different as items exist in stock, which are ready for shipping
  once the auction is presented for bidding.  Shipping is as follows for the following payment proveedures:

   1) CHECKS
   2) MONEY ORDERS
   3) GOOGLE CHECKOUT (MC,VISA, AMEX, DISC)
   3) OTHER NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENTS

- Checks incur a one week waiting period due to a bank's clearence policies.
- Money Orders or cash, shipping within 48 hours (our definition of immediate) 
- GOOGLE CHECKOUT (MC,VISA, AMEX, DISC), shipping within 48 - 72 hours upon clearence
- OTHER NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENTS is any form of currency agreed upon and shipping commences
